The conductor heater including two types: Straight through conductor heater and High-Frequency Heater.
1. Straight through conductor heater ---Adopting the multi-plasma generator to heat the conductor, conductor go direct through the heating tube then the conductor is heated up.
2. High-Frequency Heater--Adopting high frequency induction heat
Wire & cable printing treatment machine is an advanced system to pre-treat the surface of PE, PP, Teflon before printing. The wire & cable printing treatment can improve poor adhesion of inks to the substrate, which is caused by the low surface tension of many plastic materials, such as PE, PP and Teflon.
