When the surface tension larger than 30 dyne/centimeter (PVC surface tension larger than 34 dyne/ centimeter), the print will be very fastness. Even the unmanageable material like the Teflon or the silicon rubber after treatment, their surface tension can reach 70 dyne/centimeter. So the silicon rubber, nylon, and the Teflon can be effectively printing after treatment.
